Okey, this is the Scenario; Say It was in United Kingdom, and The Prime Minister Gordon Brown decides to take the entire Membership of Parliament[sorry,only Labour MPs[including the Attorney General]] to Northern Ireland for Military training withought consulting the nation because he can do as he wishes. Now in Uganda this happens because Museveni is the President and Uganda will be holding CHOGM 2007.

Yes I know you might ask; Can other MPs from other political parties put on the uniform if they wish to? As far as I know, this uniform is for the UPDF which is a national army and not for NRM[Museveni's] party. A soldier who wears it has successfully completed military training. What about those civilians arrested and court-martialed because they were in possession of military wear? No, you'll be shot at first sight or charged with terrorism!
