I have always been selective and specific about the way I look and how I dress. I absolutely prefer to look like an individual. I like to wear clothes that fit who I am as an individual and not a clone to what everybody else is wearing…. that’s why most times if I don’t create my own garments I shop at vintage and thrift shops. Many times I deconstruction and re-create new garments from an old. And sometimes I find cute little boutiques that allow me to pair an outfit things a little different than any trend. I am a trend setter!!

I try to stay away from patterns in prints and silhouettes that do not compliment my body/ personality and what everybody else is wearing because it doesn’t always look good on me. I also like to wear clothes that make me look like a grown ass woman !! And not like I’m going to the club every day.

I’m modest about showing a lot of cleavage but will accentuate my round full curves. I feel like sexy is an attitude and I like to wear things that give me that attitude.

While I support small businesses and recommending for others I have to be very particular and what I choose for myself. But I’m so specific about my style and that’s the major reason why I have to design for myself because I know exactly what I want to look like, how I want it to make me feel, the texture of the fabric, the quality the durability and the make… i’ve been in the fashion industry since 1997 and operating Kush since 1998 and I’ve always enjoyed dressing and styling customers and clients to make them unique in their own way.

After working for designers like Donna Karan , Sean John, Victoria’s Secret , Catherine Malendrino and other major brands I think it’s important for women and men to have their own individuality. There is so much out there on the market that looks the same. So my idea and designing is creating items that link with your souls essence…

The Abdu Katuntu led- Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (Cosase) is today set to once again grill Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Commissioner General Doris Akol and her top management team over a presidential golden handshake of Shs6 billion.

Ms Akol, who appeared as the first witness before the committee, last week tabled another list that was initiated by the then Attorney General Fredrick Ruhindi but Katuntu’s committee has insisted she presents the real list of the people who shared the money as Parliament carries out wide-ranging formal inquiries into the dubious payments.

Ms Akol who says she is innocent in her first appearance kick-started the demand for the money and later superintended distribution of the Shs6 billion christened the ‘presidential handshake’ will be of particular interest to the inquiries.

Despite putting the blame on Mr Ruhindi, Akol last week failed to account for the beneficiaries she added on, amid criticism from MPs that she “smuggled in her friends”.

Ms Akol faced tough questions in explaining how the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) executive director Jenniffer Musisi was included in the category of core beneficiaries yet she was at URA just at the inception of the case.

The Uganda Vs Tullow Oil case was filed in 2010 and Ms Musisi, who was the URA director of legal services and board affairs, left the tax body in January 2011. The committee will want to know what role she played in a few months she was a URA employee to be entitled to Shs200m as a core beneficiary.

Embattled Uganda Revenue Authority Commissioner General Doris Akol has told Parliament’s Committee on Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) that it was the Attorney General then Hon Fred Ruhindi, who first wrote to President Museveni

She Parliament’s committee that will investigate how 42 unidentified government officials spent Shs52b to handle two key oil-related cases and later shared a presidential golden handshake of Shs6 billion that Hon. Ruhindi did the reminding of Museveni of his promise to reward the Uganda select team that helped URA trounce Oil Company Heritage in the London court case, to rake home up to USD 434 Million in Capital Gains Tax.

“Ruhindi letter was the very first one to the President. He humbly requested the president to consider a reward as promised in 2014 for the team for its exemplary service to the country,”  Akol said.

She added: “After Attorney General’s letter,  Museveni  invited us at his country home in Rwakitura and directed me to propose the amount.”

Doris Akol (in green) with a team of top management from URA appearing before COSASE Committee to explain their roles.

The Shs6b has stirred controversy and clashed government branches, with the Judiciary sucked in when the Deputy Chief Justice Steven Kavuma banned an imminent Parliament investigation into the matter, prompting the Speaker to suspend Parliament and protest to the President. Ms Kadaga slammed Justice Kavuma’s order as ‘stupid’ and warned of “extremism” in the Judiciary while the President warned MPs that the legislature is not God.

Other top government officials lined up for investigation are Secretary to the Treasury Keith Muhakanizi, KCCA executive director Jennifer Musisi, Deputy Solicitor General Christopher Gashirabake and the Unra executive director Allen Kagina.

Robbery of Taxpayers money by the very people that are supposed to protect that public money. Ironically, it’s the politicians with close relationship to Yoweri Museveni that were at it to begin with, being helped by URA highly placed individuals. To make matters worse, Mr Museveni is party to that robbery and is being provided with covered by the AG.

Heritage, Tullow, URA, Kampala Associated, Museveni, Kagina, the AG, Elly Karuhanga, etc are broad-day robbers.

Parliament must investigate this matter abit further.

Ugandans, wake up from your damn sleep!

Fact 1: In 1986 M7 said “The problem of Africa in general and Uganda in particular is not the people but leaders who want to overstay in power.”
Fact 2: Even before and now true to the Constitution, M7 in 1993 said: “Power belongs to the people, not to an individual. Why should you want power for yourself? Who are you? You are a servant of the people.”
Fact 3: Contrary to the Constitution in 2017 M7 said: “I am not your servant.. I do not work for anybody.. I work for myself, and my children”.
Fact 4: To enhance his view that he is not a servant of the people, M7 In 2005 through the 8th Parl lifted Presidential Term Limits; today M7 is lobbying the current Parl to Lift ‘Age Limit’ without Electoral Reforms for Credible, Free & Fair elections.
Fact 5: All Ugandans (Wanainchi, Army, Police) must get up and stand up to “Respect, Uphold and Defend the Constitution” by holding Leaders Accountable to us – For the Better Life for ALL.

We need to bloody wake up and see these MPigs for what they really are. Blood sucking vampires just. First, they refuse to pay tax, then they request for for choppers for the two speakers Kadaga and the joker worth 19 Billion each.

And then the same people come out to point fingers at URA and other officers for sharing a bonus after winning a case worth trilions. Do these MPigs even have morals. Now they are wasting our money mbu probing.

2mbavest. Kyokka gagenda kukomawo mbu gatusabe obululu ate tugawe.

We need to wake up people. The 6BnHandshake is a cover up for a much bigger problem that these MPigs are hiding. They need to pay their tax. Attacking the taxbody will not help them.

Knowing Andrew M. Mwenda, and yes I know him, he wont apologise to Abbey Semuwemba or anybody. He is too egoistic, he will instead come up with another posting trying to show that he was right. but like I said, the boys in the intelligence no longer trust him, some hate him. So, its possible they gave him wrong info intentionally to embarrass him to the public. He should have inquired first before posting.

In the final analysis, I am self-reliant. I abundantly feed, shelter, clothe, transport and defend myself and a legion of my dependants. I don’t need any stranger’s oscillating approval, swaying praise, or vain cheering to thrive.

Your wagging tongues nyonyonyoing heavy with criticism about me do nothing to me. Keep them to yourselves and your petty groups of foul-mouthed gossips. Keep your gutter-like opinions about me in the sewers of your minds that emit them. I am neither your mother nor your daughter to patronise and threaten.

So what if I called Museveni amatako? So what? The man is busy shitting all over Uganda and you want me to tenderly kiss the buttocks that he has proved himself to be! Dimwits! He shits in our democratic elections. He shits in our governance. He shits in our judiciary. He shits in our economy. He shits in our cultural values. He shits and farts all over our military. He shits in our foreign relations. He is now even publicly shitting in the meaning of the position, roles, duties and posture of the presidency.

If you want to praise Museveni for shitting all over Uganda, go ahead! I will not stop you. If you prefer to tell Museveni that whenever he gases into Uganda’s affairs, you enjoy his fart as one enjoys perfume, go ahead! If you want to look on in silence whenever the buttocks publicly excrete on Ugandans, go ahead! It is your prerogative.

For me, I refuse to cuddle this venomous snake that killed my father and then killed my mother. I refuse to praise this rapist of our dear Constitution and desecrater of our Ugandan flag. I refuse to be silent. Instead, I fire the bullets of my colourful pen at his misrule. Indeed, Museveni matako nyo! Now what?

TO Rt  HonRebecca Alitwala Kadaga and Nadiope William aka Kyabazinga of Busoga.
Is this the time when you lead Basoga to actually acknowledge and appreciate my contribution even apologise for insulting me???? I begged for that job “presidential aide” Busoga from the same President M7 in 2012 and got it. I sacrificed a parliamentary of 25 million and opted for 1.8 million because I put Busoga over and above my personal gratification. The same KadagaTeam now confusing Busoga fought against me; YOU oppressed me; insulted me; humiliated me; frustrated me; undid my work; till I ran out of gas and left the job. 2 years later it seems to be the case that either you are failing to get a way of sharing the 2 billion shillings I had lobbied for Busoga every year or the only Musoga who is good enough to step in my feet and share that money is Your Son+ NadiopeWilliam aka the Kyabazinga. As the bible says; a pig does not recognise gold in its mouth. Honestly you Kadaga / NadiopeWilliam politicians have cost Busoga a lot. We had registered the Busoga Development Cooeprative Union and were about to start receiving 2 billion a year for Busoga Development when you came by force; overthrew Zibondo, installed NadiopeWilliam and rechannelled Busoga development money to advertising and functions of Kyabazingaship. I will help you out. I am spiritually gifted and was ordained by the ancestors to do that Job. You can go to hell and back; become president or president’s servant. Become Presidential Aide or ambassador for Busoga and occupy my last office which feels good to me because I initiated the idea in state house; but you will never put Busoga in order. You are not honest or truthful. You have no respect for Busoga culture or ancestry. You know the legitimate cultural leaders but work with fakes to squander Busoga land and wealth. Unless you learn to pray; listen to the ancestors and the Creator and be honest and truthful. You are cursed. This desperation clearly marks the beginning of your end. You tortured me in the dark; Stabbed me in the back; NOW THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS YOU SIMPLY WANTED MY JOB FOR YOURSELVES. You are too pompous and aloof; how in heaven are you, the same people stealing from the Basoga going to lead them to development. Anyway my case is made. At least it is now clear MaureenKyalya is the greatest administrator Busoga ever had that only the Kyabazinga in person is good enough to succeed her. Good luck. I hope your boys never despise me and call me a commoner again because if you the whole Kyabazinga can be heir to a MukopI and Woman then surely you are a more Mukopi than I can ever be. I really pray that NadiopeWilliam you do not stoop this low because I will personally lead the project of uncovering who both of you truly are to the entire world. Remember I am spiritually gifted so do not doubt; I have all the physical evidence. Lots of love Traditional Hereditary Princess Meru Nantono Kanobe from Nhyenda Hill.

This is how President Museveni violated the Ugandan constitution by declaring that ” he is not a servant of Ugandans”… I need good lawyers to impeach him… Reference: THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA, 1995.

MWENDA: WHY ARE THE HACKED MESSAGES?

‘You,Andrew Mwenda, promised hacked messages. Where are they? So, whoever Meets Besigye is TVO.Sorry to say this! I am an objective NRM. I’m worried that Mwenda has numbered or is numbering his days. And I hope this is not a mental case of a man frustrated from all four corners of the earth. Independent magazine is actually crumbling! His gay funder/donor chucked him thereby cutting all aid to mwenda, his lovebird. Crane, niw DFCU is on his neck over a 3 billion shillings loan! Major connection to his business partners have been cut. Mwenda is now left without a thing. I’m just thinking out loud that, this is a trick Mwenda is using to con my NRM government of billions of shillings to enable him settle his obligations.’——-Elijah O. Lomongin

‘It’s high time bwana Andrew Mwenda stops all this hullabaloo. He is just becoming a disgrace to people who used to look up to him as one of Uganda’s finest as regards journalism. His Ego is hurt by Besigye’s call to not respond to all his attacks and now he is turning to people like TVO to start a war of words. Just blubbering about people’s locations is enough to show that he is even not sure of what he is talking about.

The Twitter policy does not allow one to create multiple accounts using one email address. Secondly, how does a picture of Abbey Semuwemba with Besigye in London make him “guilty” of being labelled TVO? Do your pictures in/at Mille Collines Hotel Kigali make you the owner? You are now just posting random things to remain relevant. You used to be better than this. Your behaviour and skewed journalism are the reasons why journalists like Onyango Obbo and Daniel Kalinaki will always be more respected and ahead of you.

Hang on a minute, What if Andrew m Mwenda is TVO? i have reasons 1.he is very well connect with state house ,visits them same frequently and whenever something happens there,it is published in a short time. 2.Those he claims are TVOs live in london,America or canada.how do they get info from state house in hours???
