Museveni must know that he is in power not because he was voted through a democratic free election but becsuse he usurped the power of people. However, he is scared that this power of people he usurped will turn against his leadership by all possible force. This is why he’s illegally arresting and detaining innocent Ugandans he suspects to be planning for his ejection, carrying out impromptu security meetings etc. The power of people will sooner than later takeover and this takeover is a necessary takeover.
