This l know will not be good news to most fdc diehards but word on the desk is opposition donors have asked 4 time presidential candidate KIZZA BESIGYE to pass the opposition mantle to CURRENT LORD MAYOR, SSALONGO ERIAS LUKWAGO.
This is due to among other things, the mismanagement of donor funds by the besigye camp for the last two decades. Besigye on several occasions has been asked for accountability of the Feb elections funds but no accountability has been made to those demands.
Also the donors feel that after failing to oust the regime at four attempts, his popularity has decreased and also his weaakness at turning the crowds into valid votes. Therefore the donors feel new blood is required therefore, Besigye has been told to watch from the stands.
