From fetching water on bicycles to closing universities. .This man must be crazy. Instead of giving Sudhir 200b shillings why cant he pay the teachers salaries at campus..This govt deposited 100m shs in each of the 431 mps why cant it deposit money to the lecturers accounts..And you makerere university where do u put the money u correct from students?
