When Walumbe over threw Obote’s regime through his guerilla activities,he found fully functional state parastatals like; Uganda Commercial Bank,co-operative Banks, societies and unions,Uganda Airlines,Uganda Railway, Uganda Telecom, Uganda Cement Industry and others. Why can’t the existance of the above be traced in Walumbe’s 30yr old rule??
