When u hear people who die of hunger in Western Uganda, then u know that “ekiwundu kisambye eddagala”
Yesterday, Radio West reported people in Bukanga, Isingiro are migrating due to death of their friends, all coz of hunger!
THERE CAN’T BE IRRIGATION IN THAT PART OF THE COUNTRY WHICH HAVE THE LONGEST RIVER IN WESTERN REGION.
