This is Bubamba Primary School in Bubamba sub county Buyanja county in Kibale district.
This county is represented by Hon Matia Kasaija who is the minister for finance and economic planning and this is how his constituency looks like.
And you find poor villagers celebrating that they have got a minister when such a person is appointed and those are the benefits the voters get!!
