Am intending to sue makerere university, university council, the university v. C and the president of the Republic of Uganda for unlawful closure of the Makerere university, failure to pay it’s employee, failure to offer services I paid for. I intend to demand for refund of all my tuition fees and other related cost with immediate effect failure to deliver as per my contract with the university.
