Meanwhile day after we hear of the grief and pain our sisters and brothers who go to the Middle East constantly face we ignore the pains they under go and allow ourselves to fall trap of human Slavery.
Day after after on various Radio and TV stations we see adverts of Companies that claim good hearted to look for jobs to us .They will invest all it takes to show people how life is good. Make advertisements in Aeroplanes to make us gullible to that. They will make advertisements in between News bulletins.
Let’s think mature WHO LOVES YOU TO THAT? TO GIVE YOU JOB AFTER PLEADING.
Literally this is all stupid and these brothers leave freely and on reaching Asia they are taken for display as slaves and they are quite busy markets .One looks for the best depending on energy, beauty and others and end up working as slaves in factories,house girls ,sex slaves for people animals like dogs.
Some end up in organ trade and will lose Kidneys and other organs .
Salary is too little and resting is not there .
You can’t imagine the pain these will face in life.
There passports are confiscated and Asians are to racial. They look at Africans as not humans.
You can imagine through out slave trade they participated most but in their lands no descendants of Slaves exist .
All those who went were castrated.
Case Study
In one graduate who had left for Oman. She reached their and life was hard .She got sick and tried to ask for leave instead the Master saw it a loss so he decided to sell off her organs for money .
The family lost touch and on finding out one month later .
The company rung on Monday that she was sick and on Tuesday she was declared dead.
Meanwhile the family had known it that the girl had died .
She was transported by the company to Mityana Hospital and was buried last week in Kyankwanzi.
This is one of the few stories we have heard of
Many are suffering and Authorities seem not to care .
We need to sensitise people of the dangers in these movements.
Even in Uganda we can succeed and I cannot say our leaders are to blame. For they know it all but care not and won’t care at all.
Let’s not type Rest in peace or Sorry at the moment. Let’s try something as nationals .

About the shooting of Kenneth Watmon Akena at Lugogo Mall in Kampala.

Police in Kampala are investigating a car-to-person shooting on Saturday evening in which a man was shot in the stomach through the window of another car and was driven to hospital by a Good Samaritan and suspected Assailant to get medical assistance and later died. The Daily Monitor reports that a city businessman, Mathew Kanyamunyu the CEO Quantum Express logistics and his wife Cynthia Munwangari were arrested to help with the investigations.

“Before he died, Watmond said the two people (Kanyamunyu and Munwangari) who had rushed him to the hospital are the ones who shot him for scratching their car,”- police spokesperson Mr Andrew Felix Kaweesi

We have contacted a source currently at the home of the deceased in Kyebando where mourners are gathering to get a deeper understanding of the police’s statement above and here are a few comments

1. 6.30pm Saturday. The deceased Kenneth Akena Watmond arrived at Lugogo Shopping Mall late yesterday evening and finished the business that took him there. As he was driving out of the Mall’s parking, he brushed another car that had just parked next to his. He dented the passenger’s side of the other car to be exact.

2. Kenneth then got out of his car and walked towards the other car- a Nissan Terrano Regulus most likely to apologize or talk as any gentleman and motorist would do in this situation. Upon reaching the driver’s tinted window; it lowered and the driver identified as Matthew placed a pistol on his stomach and fired off on bullet. It is possible that the shot was not heard by many as it very close to the body. One shot.

3. The Good Samaritan and Suspected Assailant Mr Matthew Kanyamunyu then placed the bleeding Kenneth into his car with his girlfriend and drove around different clinics in Kampala searching for urgent medical assistance. Kenneth is unconscious at this point.

4. Different clinics couldn’t take him as they usually have inadequate Emergency Care capacity to handle such cases or perhaps because they fear ‘dumping’ patients in their facilities- common for hit and run accident drops by Good Samaritans.

5. Mathew then drove to Nakasero Hospital in Kampala where the fairly equipped facility said their ICU or something along that line was over capacity. Nakasero couldn’t take him in as well. It is at while there that they were advised to try Novik Hospital on Bombo Road.

6. Upon Arrival at Novik Hopital 5hours after the shooting; Kenneth was admitted and they immediately contacted the relatives and friends who rushed to the hospital. As required by hospital admission procedure, they advised Matthew who had brought him to stay and wait and record a police statement.

7. Matthew’s story up to this time was that the bullet was not meant for Kenneth but that some assailants were targeting his Girlfriend in the Co-driver’s seat. His Girlfriend is a daughter of a very prominent Member of Parliament or Government Minister in Burundi.

8. It is around this time that Kenneth slightly regained consciousness at the Hospital and heard the story version given by Matthew to the hospital authorities and his family members. Matthew was in fact calmly waiting to give the police his same version.

9. The deceased then spoke in the presence of Mathew and Girlfriend, his friends, relatives and hospital staff and narrated his own version. Kenneth stated that the Good Samaritan Matthew who drove him to the hospital was the one who actually shot him and narrated most of the points 1-7 above himself on his hospital bed.

10. In light of the contradictory statements and confusion- our source who was at the facility said Matthew violently tried to storm out of the hospital but was placed under gun point by a tough Norvik Security Guard and subdued him. When the police arrived, they took Matthew in to help with the investigations is currently detained at Jinja Road police station.

The doctors had said his condition was unstable and they were to operate on him when he stabilized well enough and they were preparing for this. In the meantime, family and friends were gathering at the Hospital and they raise the required 6 Million shillings the hospital needed for the procedure in no time. Unfortunately, late in the night, he lost the battle and medics tried to resuscitate him in vain.

He succumbed to his bullet wound and died early this morning.
The body is currently lying at A Plus Funeral Home till Tuesday and mourners are gathering at the deceased’s home in Kyebando a Kampala Surburb.

Note: The other version similar is that the Good Samaritan Matthew drove Kenneth to the Hospital after a failed assassination of his girlfriend, a daughter of a powerful Burundian politician. It goes that he shot Kenneth for knocking the passenger side where his girlfriend was sitting and that he feared it was a distraction to harm them or shot him for some other reason- the reason he moves with a gun. The killer weapon has not been recovered by police so far.

Matthew’s version at the hospital is that Kenneth was hit by a bullet that was intended for his Girlfriend by bad people after her. Kenneth’s car was driven and dumped around Kyadondo Rugby Grounds from Lugogo parking lot where it was recovered this morning. We hope the police investigations get to the bottom of all this as soon as possible.

Burial Arrangements: Prayers will be held on Tuesday morning at Mbuya Our Lady Catholic Church at 9am. They will then leave for Kitgum town at Mid-day where burial will take place at their home in Gang Dyang, a town suburb the following day on Wednesday Nov 16th, at 3pm.

Kenneth was a young, jolly and friendly guy in Gulu and Kitgum where he grew up, worked and went to school. He is from the known Watmon Family in Kitgum town and was set to have his traditional wedding ceremony next year in February.

Our deepest sympathies go out the friends and family. We will pray for him and keep you all in our thoughts. May the Good Lord give him eternal rest.

No one else was injured in the shooting incident. Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting or has any information is urged to urgently contact the police.

Charles Rwomushana has made stunning responses to first lady Janet Museveni’s questions why Stella Nyanzi and many Ugandans are so angered at her.

He gave her the reasons on his facebook wall  through a post  that read:

I have always found Janet Kataha an interesting lady for study.
Certainly there are few wives you would ask to go to exile because you are going to fight and they head to the nearest border. She did.
She stood by her husband. She has brought up children. …she didn’t abort them.
Certainly she can be a role model for anyone’s girl child. Like anybody else, her dignity ought to be protected.  And certainly I should fight to secure her dignity.

So why should an assault on her person and dignity excite a huge part of society?
That probably is what Janet Kataha seeks to know. ..

Felix Kaweesi at 43 year of age and 17 years of public service under the Yoweri Museveni regime police force, the teacher by training had attained the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police. He had held various strategic and sensitive command and administrative positions courtesy of political loyalty and Cadre-ship.

At a personal level, he had acquired the following properties for himself and his family:

1. A magnificent 8-bedroom mansion (pictured) that sits on a 320-acre piece of land in his village. It has a 15ft x 20ft sitting room and each of the 8 bedrooms is self contained. It has an extra 3 bathrooms and a Guest Wing with bathrooms and toilets. It has a one-and-a-half-acre compound with more than half of it paved. It has piped and running water that was got from sinking a borehole at the backyard.

2. He had over 100 cows on a farm in his home village.

3. A bungalow in Kulambiro (pictured), Kampala. The police used to pay him a housing allowance.

4. Five acres of land in Mbalala, Mukono near Seeta High School.

5. One acre land in Kireka, Bulengwa, land in Namungoona, Nansana, Bweyogerere and other places in and around the greater Kampala.

6. He had a fancy cloth shop in the city for his wife who also drives a Prado TX.

7. His bank account is not known but most likely that in the circumstances it is lean. Illegally acquired cash is usually disguised.

8. He built roads, churches, mosques, and brought electricity to his home area.

While he made big strides in personal riches, he was busy designing administrative policies that saw his fellow police officers and their families evicted from those shacks and thrown in the cold. While he often hosted occasional get together parties at his posh mansions, the children of his fellow police officers evicted from the shacks scavenged the debris of the destroyed mud shelters for what to feed on.

The ugly scenes of police officers and their families shedding tears is a clear testimony that God was not happy with Kaweesi. The above forceful and brutal eviction was because of the February 2016 poll results that witnessed police barracks in Kampala majorly voting the opposition.

Museveni has pledged that the government is to compensate his family. The police will continue to commit its resources to his family. The Kwagalana (club of city tycoons) Group has given his family 25MShilling to the family and pledged to make finishing on the family’s Kampala house. If Kawesi had continued working for another five years, he would build a rail way line and airfield at his village home. It is reported, he harboured political ambitions of becoming a Member of Parliament. Following his murder, the government, religious leaders and the public have applauded his magnificent wealth. No one has come out to question its source.

Kaweesi was a gross and ruthless abuser of human rights and a partisan police stooge but no one is coming out to point out this. For millions of children who have grown up seeing him on their TV screens as devil as confused when everyone is applauding him. For the public servants who are poor just because they have not been abusing their offices, the glorifying of Kaweesi’s ill-gotten wealth gives them the resolve to do ‘collateral damage’. At the next national function, Gen. Kaweesi will be post-humously honored with a National Hero medal. For those who did not know Museveni’s MIDDLE INCOME drive, Kaweesi is a classic example.

Yoweri Museveni assured the family of Late Felix Kawesi that government will compensate them for Kaweesi’s brutal death arguing that he died on duty.

Legally Kaweesi family is not entitled to any government compensation why?
1. Unless Kaweesi was killed by State agents, the Attorney General cannot compensate his family. If Museveni can prove that Kaweesi was murdered by the State, then government will compensate Kaweesi’s family.
Even if Kaweesi was murdered by State agents as Museveni may possibly allege, then he(Museveni) will also need to prove that the State Agents did so during the course of their duty.

2. There’s already a death gratuity fund to cater for families of public servants. Kaweesi family is no exceptional, they are equally entitled to this fund, they just need to follow the process like any other Ugandans and access it.

3. Kaweesi left behind shocking properties that do not match his age and job. As a matter of fact Kaweesi’s family could be having more than they deserve from government.

The economy is already at the edge of collapsing, and Museveni is busy wasting even the little that is remaining in the country’s dry basket!

Hardly three weeks after the demise of his dad. Ham has seen his young life brought to an abrupt end by a security guard’s bullet in Hoima. Frank Gashumba has misfired on this one. I don’t know why he is attacking Karisa over his ban from TV. I have always told people that Gashumba is another pastor abizayo and because these persons with disabilities are followed by disabled masses it becomes difficult for some of us to make people understand that their celebrities are needy beings who have just been hyped.

It was UCC that called Karisa and Karisa as a gentleman convened a meeting and suggested a way forward to manoeuvre around the system…he suggested they do two shows one weekly and another monthly. He also suggested Simon Muyanga Lutaya as the moderator…to direct the all-over show in the hands of Mivule and Gashumba… Gashumba failed to understand this or maybe he refused due to his personal issues and now he is on Facebook whining and cursing individuals like Simon Muyanga Lutaaya and Karisa…

And I think this is a fallacy in critical reasoning known as AD HOMINEM. (Attacking the person instead of the point). Why attack Muyanga and remind us that he lost an election… For God’s sake…he at least lost but some of us have never even contested.

Uganda is going nowhere mentally if the media houses keep on hyping such individuals at the expense of the intellectuals. When you look at our TVs they host people not because they know but because majority fools hearken to them. This is how we end up with COMMENTATORS at the loss of ANALYSTS. UCC said that Mivule and *Gashumba* are poisonous to the public but they did not unpack the poison in their show…let me tell you friends…the poison according to me who have been watching these shows is simple: while Gashumba assumes that he INSPIRES…the brother is struggling with the dictionary difference between INSPIRING and INCITING. UCC ought to have put it blunt that the brothers are literally not contributing to the country. I know a one Tamale mirundi who is more lethal than these two but he is still on air…let me tell you why: Tamale is not a commentator… He is an analyst… He has the facts and figures… He did political science and journalism… He is not a charlatan and neither is he an impostor like the two.

So friends: as for me I think Frank Gashumba should be attacking NBS and its administration. Karisa and the team are doing their work and they have to maintain their relations with the people who give them license. Mirundi is a smart monkey and smart monkeys do not shit where lions sleep. Unless if Frank wants to remain on Facebook and WhatsApp, he should stop attacking media. KISO KYA MBUZI. Dear Frank it is not Karisa and NBS who messed you up…it is UCC…so continue doing what you do best…curse the government. Please cut the ego and go back to NBS and take what you are given or start your own TV where you will be respected. This whole Subject has about 6 factors and I will be for purposes expounding then clearly like one who eats an elephant, take a piece by piece.

Unlike Rwanda and Tanzania where Democracy seems to have an upscale that limits Political activities Pre and Post Elections, Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan have in the past five years suffered the consequences of laying a democratic surface that open for everyone as it is required but does not necessitated a satisfaction in the process of pleasing and displaying the guarantee of freedoms. As an individual the Amin Control of Freedoms was the best though with Awkward appearance. “You have freedom of Speech but not the freedom after speech”.

Anyway let’s focus on our Number one factor. Focusing on East Africa, the three counties Uganda, Kenya and South Sudan have in the last 10years invested heavily in Political intelligence and crowd control which seems to be the survival of these and other states across the African continent which has increased Lapses in Covert and Overt Intelligence.

In the ears of a stranger this sounds as a rhetoric but to someone who has followed the geopolitics of the region, at least in the last one decade this echoes well with the events but to the lay Thinker it looks like weaknesses of Leaders, but let’s look at 6 fundamental Factors that has led to the Increase of the curve of Political Intelligence over Covert and Overt Intelligence on our Graph.

1. Globalization, Imperialism, Neocolonialism, Trade Organization, Multinationals, Humanitarian Agencies, Governance Institutions, International Universities, Human Rights Foundations all have different definitions but with one similar agenda of having control and visibility across the globe their seems to be one fully fledged Battlefield left which is Africa as Asia and The Middle East are upping there priorities towards Development hence monopolizing Politics while Africa is liberalizing it.

The above players to be in business, they must heavily invest in Instability, regime change and Liberalization of politics whereby that can only be achieved by investing in Opposition Political Parties against Existing Legitment Govt. Let’s dig a little deeper in relation to the Topic.

Riek Machar of South Sudan who is said to have been Empowered with Military Warfare Equipment that are compared to that of the state, with no evidence of his wealth as an individual, how does he sustain and access such Hi-Tech Equipment if he is not deeply rooted and sucking in these mega organizations?

Odinga of Kenya, has in the last 15years years been actively 24/7 investigating in Political activities aimed at causing unrest in the interest of outing elected leaders with a reason of dissatisfaction of Election Results.

Besigye Kiiza in Uganda has been a victim of circumstances. In the 2016 elections, European Union Envoys, American Ambassador, the French and UK envoy actively Participated in Campaigning and Funding The Oppositions Candidates, not until at later stage towards elections, they had failed to choose between Besigye and Mbabazi since they still beloved that both combined, they could deny Museveni the required percentage of 50+1 threshold.

These are just basic examples that can be easy for one add up together.

How does the above contribute to the decline of the curve of political intelligence over that of Covert and Overt intelligence?

Instead of focusing covert intelligence that is aimed at keeping the country from internal and External dishonest intruders, both Man and Equipment Machinery is borrowed mitigate the challenge of political unrest. Opposition benefits in loss of lives and crippled economy because they find Lapses of criticism and weakening the incumbent to whom evaluation at the end of the term will render him either a failure or weak to execute as promised.

Kenya has lost over 300 lives to terrorism case in Point is The Garrisa University Shooting and the West gate Bombing and shooting which left hundreds dead, injured and businesses in disarray.

But also we need to remember that around that time, Odinga and his allies were tickling the state over crowd mobilization on streets which diverted all the efforts of security forces towards Barring crowds from flooding on streets something that is not health for business and others traveling.

Now, when Political unrest is in the country, there is insecurity in the country and the state for it to remain stable and continuing, it must divert all its efforts towards solving the existing events which renders other sectors vulnerable.

No one can sit and watch as they are weakened and they don’t revert. The question would be, should the opposition sit and ignore positioning itself into strategies aimed at strengthening it? I would also say No. Again to Preempt being biased, the Question would be, What should Opposition do if it’s not to unrest the existing Govt?

Those demarcations can be only be drawn by Dialogues, monopolizing Politics, Limiting Freedoms, coming up with a National Consensus on matters of Politics and Hopefully Decentralization of strong power units that could result into Federal System which is Regional block basis, Now that seems not to be a discussion that can not be tolerated due to circumstances well known to players involved.

1: A business man comes all away from Ivory Coast to make his projects and developments in Uganda spends millions and Billions, Now a Ugandan Tycoon I won’t mention comes in claiming the land on which the Ivorian’s project is yet to start is his and he is not will to sell or sit on a round table! Anhaaa here I come, The Ivorian takes the case to Police and the case file is handed over to The Late AIGP, since 2003 to date nothing like Justice to the Ivorian business man who spend millions and Billions…..Later news comes in (AIGP assassinated)

2: Nakasero Mosque recently was invaded and torn into pieces due to terrorism alerts, The Late comes out in public and says “What police did was in order because Moslems all over the world are suspected to have links with terror groups, so We did wat we were supposed to do As police”!! later (AIGP Assassinated)

3: Kasese attacks left hundreds mourning no joke on this one guys pple lost lives out there. Now see this scenario, the late comes out in public after all those incidents that were visibly noticed and said, ” The people of Kasese and Uganda at large should know that police and Army out there in Kasese is not responsible for the killings going on police is keeping law and order and Army is protecting lives” This pained many who witnessed what was taking place and caused more harm than good…..Later (AIGP assassinated)

4: We all saw this and it was obvious, Among all senior police officers the late had 100% ability to be the successor of the Out contracted IGP (Kale Kayihura) which silently didn’t hav much support by these fellow long serving senior officers….And here later (AIGP Assassinated)

Now all these 4 gathered information and suspected ideas should be used to come out with the reason why this poor man was Assassinated!!
